Our most wildly experimental release yet: Chaga Mushrum Rye.

Chaga Mushrum Rye is a bizarro blend of Canadian Rye, Jamaican Rum, wild foraged Chaga Mushrooms from just east of Edmonton and the Crowsnest Pass, and the smokiest wood-fired maple syrup you've never tasted, from the banks of Lake Huron. 

RC cola, dusty rye, cobbled leather, forest air, smoky maple. 

The weird and wonderful world of fungi, now fruiting at Canada’s weirdest distillery -- today at least. 👽
